I was excited about the stimulus package until I read what it is about. I don't see how this helps the middle class. The payroll tax break will hardly help a family of four.

Sure it will, they will pave Rt. 50 again this summer and the extra $30 a month that you get from the tax breaks will cover the extra gas expense of the stop and go traffic it will create. Freshly paved roads and more money to the big oil companys will help us all......

There aren't any tax breaks in the stimulus plan. It is redistribution of income. If you are paying $0.00 in taxes how can you get a tax break. Wonder how long it's gonna take until people stand up to this very well spoken lunatic. Sad to say that people are gonna get what they voted for. Obamanation is on full display. The sad thing is that he told us he was going to do this during his campaign and people were to busy drinking the cool aid to hear it.

I wonder if it would be cheaper to let the banks go under and use FDIC insurance to pay the banks customers. Seems like an awful lot of money to give to a company, I don't see how that immediately affects me either.
